Coming June 7th -- Tuscan Night in the Vineyard

A strolling violinist, a warm evening with light breezes, truly good food paired with excellent wine --- what do you have? Tuscan Night in the Vineyard! You have asked us for this and we are finally able to do it. We plan this event for June 7th from 6 til 9 pm.

Your meal will begin with appetizers of bruschetta topped with fresh tomatoes and a seahorse (an oyster wrapped with a shrimp wrapped with a strip of bacon topped with mozzarella cheese and baked) followed by a salad -- fresh, crisp vegetables in a light dressing (with Italian bread of course)

Your Choice of Entrees:

- Veal Piccata

- Sherry Mushroom Chicken (a chicken breast done in a slow simmered sauce of sherry and fresh mushrooms & seasonings)

- Grilled Swordfish topped with fresh Mango Salsa

All entrees served with pasta and grilled lightly seasoned, fresh vegetables. Dessert is a Hershey Chocolate Cobbler -- with whipped topping and dusted with powdered sugar.

All courses will be served with wines chosen by the President of Tidal.
All of this for only $49.95!

This will be a smaller event than Tidal School Winery normally does, so early reservations are encouraged. Call Tidal School's toll free number or reserve your tickets online at: Tidal School Winery Events Tickets.

Make Your Own Wine in Edmond, OK

Interested in Learning to Be a Winemaker?

Vintner's Cellar of Oklahoma in the Spring Creek Village shopping center at 15th Street and Bryant Avenue in Edmond, Oklahoma offers a way to give it a try.

Vintner's Cellar offers its customers a chance to make their own batch of wine with the help of a professional vintner. The cost of a batch ranges from $320 to $520 for about 30 bottles. How much you learn about winemaking is up to you!

The process takes six to eight weeks but you only really need to devote about 45 minutes on the first day. You can be as involved as you want to after that. Most folks also like to be on hand for the end of the process when the wine is bottled, corked and labeled.

They won't be the cheapest cases of wine you have ever bought, but the learning could be priceless!
