Oklahoma WineFest Nov 14 and 15, 2008

The 2008 Oklahoma WineFest will be the largest wine festival ever held in our state, featuring wines from 25 Oklahoma wineries.

Sample savory dishes from local restaurants, paired with great Oklahoma Wines. Live music, silent auction items, and other unique activities will keep you entertained, as they spotlight the Muscular Dystrophy Association and OklahomaWines.org.

Indoor/Outdoor Event – Rain or Shine

25 state wineries will gather to offer tasting, gift items, and good ole’ Oklahoma hospitality to festival goers. Get a great start on your holiday shopping with an eclectic collection of 50 Penn Place shops and galleries, vendor booths, winery gift shops, food and wine baskets, wine cellar equipment and more.

Wine workshops are planned, entertainment on two stages and great food in OKC at 50 Penn Place.

Wine workshops are 45 minutes each, and will be offered more than once on Saturday, beginning at 10:00 a.m. You must purchase both a festival and workshop ticket to attend – reservations are recommended.

  • How to Grow Grapes in Oklahoma – with Andrew Snyder of Redlands Community College
