Oklahoma Vineyard Wins Trade Mark Dispute

According to Trademark Trial and Appeal Board watchdog: The TTABlog, the owner of Grape Ranch Vineyards in Okemah, Oklahoma, successfully fended off a Patent and Trademark Office complaint over his mark 'Grape Ranch' for wines. Okemah, Oklahoma is widely known as the birthplace of the legendary Woody Guthrie. Grape Ranch Vineyards is a sponsor of the annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival held there.
