Location: Tulsa River Parks West Bank Festival Area.
Tulsa Best Fest is designed to showcase what makes Oklahoma great. Families, friends and the like are encouraged to attend this free to the public festival not only to see what Oklahoma has to offer, but to grab a piece of the lawn and enjoy the fireworks on Friday and Saturday evening.
In other Natura Winery news, they are now offering free Wifi to customers that visit their winery. I believe that they are the first Oklahoma winery to offer this service. Take some time soon to see Okmulgee county's latest 'Hot Spot'.

Plymouth Valley Winery in Fairview Opens!
You are invited to the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting & Open House for Plymouth Valley Cellars winery on Oct 26-29, 2006. Come to Fairview, Oklahoma and visit the Sooner State's newest winery this weekend.
This is a free event will run from noon until 'dark thirty' and includes: lunch, ribbon cutting ceremony, wine tasting, door prizes, wine tours and more! Taste their excellent Oklahoma estate wines and browse their large vineyard.

Art on Main - This Weekend in Jenks
This weekend Jenks, Oklahoma will be hosting their 3rd annual Art on Main Festival. This year, the theme is: A Celebration of Oklahoma Art and Music. The event will be FREE to the public on Saturday, October 14th from 10am to 6pm in downtown Jenks.
Main Street will come alive with over 100 local artists showcasing and selling their original works that include drawings, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, photography. sculpture and wood carving, just to name a few.
Come enjoy the music from Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame artist Eldredge Jackson and his band from 2pm -4pm on the Main Stage. The public will also have the pleasure of sampling wines from many of Oklahoma's finest wineries including some of the states most prestigious and award winning.

Black Sheep Vineyards Grand Opening Dec 2
Poteau, Oklahoma is about to have another claim to fame. In addition to the World's Highest Hill, Poteau will soon be home to the Black Sheep Vineyards winery. The Grand Opening for their newly constructed winery will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2006.

Wine News Selected for 2006 Okie Blogger Award
Oklahoma Wine News has been awarded the prestigious Oklahoma Blogger Award for Best Commercial Blog for 2006.
I'd like to thank all of the great Oklahoma Bloggers that were kind enough give us their vote and also thank Mike for doing all of the hard work counting votes and setting up the categories.
