New Hampshire, the first state to allow direct shipping of beer, wine and spirits to consumers and licensees, has made it even easier for Oklahoma wineries to ship into the State.
Effective January 1, 2001 there will be NO CHARGE to obtain a direct shipping permit from the NH State Liquor Commission. In addition, the permit can be issued with evidence that your business is in good standing in your state of domicile. You will no longer have to register to do business with the NH Secretary of State. Obtaining a direct shipping permit from the NH State Liquor Commission will allow you to reach thousands of new consumers and open up or expand your existing markets.
